Are you creative and forward thinking with high attention to detail? 

Our client, a reputable Legal 100 firm with offices in Bristol, is looking for an organised Team Administrator with good communication skills to join their team.

Some office experience is desirable, but not essential, as all training will be provided.

Responsibilities include:

  • Day to day administrative tasks, including scanning, photocopying, document management, archiving, printing
  • Dealing with travel expenses and invoices
  • New client account opening
  • Assisting with event management
  • Diary management
  • Booking conference rooms and arranging refreshments and facilities 
  • Organising travel arrangements
  • Preparation of documents, including agendas, meeting papers and presentations
  • Submitting invoices for payment to accounts payable team

About you:

  • GCSE’s grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Good computer skills, particularly MS Office
  • Strong spelling and grammar
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Creative and forward thinking
