Our client, a top 75 law firm, is seeking a proactive, highly engaged, and adaptable Senior HR Business Partner to join its HR team on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience working with fee-earning professionals, ideally within the legal sector.
The Role:
- Partner with Department Heads and senior stakeholders to support business success and growth
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices
- Lead strategic and operational HR projects, such as the selection and implementation of a new HR system
- Design and deliver bespoke training programs, including management development initiatives
- Play a key role in salary reviews, promotions, and performance management processes
- Drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
- Line manage and mentor HR team members
What We’re Looking For:
- Significant HR Business Partner experience within Professional Services, preferably in the legal sector
- Strong ability to build relationships at all levels and engage in challenging conversations
- Commercial acumen with a results-driven approach
- Experience in designing and delivering internal training and driving employee engagement initiatives
- Ability to work strategically while also handling operational responsibilities
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience) with up-to-date employment law knowledge
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
