Our client, a leading insurance firm, is seeking a Risk & Assurance Officer to join their Bristol team and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing their comprehensive risk management framework.
Your Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report on the internal control framework and document key risks and controls
- Support risk reviews, control testing, and compliance reporting
- Maintain risk systems, track loss events, and identify emerging risks
- Conduct due diligence and support operational resilience and data protection activities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and pursue professional development
Your Skills:
- Working towards or willing to achieve Risk Management qualifications
- Experience in risk management or financial services is desirable but not essential
- Strong relationship-building skills and high self-awareness
- Creative problem-solver with a collaborative approach
- Open to adjustments based on organisational needs
