Responsibilities:

  • Manage platform operations, including helpdesk support and adviser queries
  • Oversee CRM updates, client communications, and migration processes
  • Conduct audits on platform accounts, fees, and cash flow monitoring
  • Liaise with the platform provider and handle system error logs
  • Improve processes, draft training guides, and ensure compliance with SLAs

About you:

  • Strong telephone and written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of investment platforms
  • Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and attention to detail
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and able to work under pressure
