A leading UK top 100 legal firm is seeking a New Business Development Manager.  This firm has a presence in most major UK cities and is open to applicants nationwide.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support a sector leader to establish sectors as the primary route to market and foster a sales-driven culture
  • Coach Client Partners on BD efforts with nominated clients, prospects, and targets in the pipeline
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Communications teams to create BD and marketing materials
  • Attend client meetings, represent the firm at events, and support flagship marketing campaign
  • Promote CRM tools, assist with pitches, gather client feedback, onboard new clients, and present full value-added capabilities to clients

Your Skills:

  • Experience in building relationships with people at various roles and seniority levels across a business
  • Experience working alongside senior leaders, coaching and influencing them on business development approaches
  • Ability to immerse yourself in a market to understand its trends, issues, and opportunities
  • Experience in business development within B2B or professional services
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively
  • Proven ability to drive results and meet business development goals
