Our client, a top wealth management firm, is looking for an organised and proactive Investment Assistant to join their high-performing investment team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to Investment Managers
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, handling day-to-day queries and ensuring their needs are met
- Manage a wide range of tasks including payments, new account setups, maintaining client files and suitability letters
- Organise and dispatch client valuations, packs, and correspondence
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve operational issues and ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor investment transfers and ensure they are completed efficiently
- Liaise with legal representatives and executors as required
- Arrange client meetings, coordinate diaries, and manage room bookings
About you:
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport across all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks efficiently
