Our client, a top wealth management firm, is looking for an organised and proactive Investment Assistant to join their high-performing investment team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to Investment Managers
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, handling day-to-day queries and ensuring their needs are met
  • Manage a wide range of tasks including payments, new account setups, maintaining client files and suitability letters
  • Organise and dispatch client valuations, packs, and correspondence
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve operational issues and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor investment transfers and ensure they are completed efficiently 
  • Liaise with legal representatives and executors as required
  • Arrange client meetings, coordinate diaries, and manage room bookings

About you:

  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport across all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks efficiently
