Are you an organised and efficient administrator? Do you have good communication skills and a ‘can do’ attutude?
Our client, an award winning investment and technology firm, is looking for an Investment Administrator on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure the smooth day to day running of client accounts
- Work with your team to make sure all work is processed and quality checked
- Support other teams within Operations Department
- Onboard new clients
- Deal with post and emails in and out of the business
- Day-to-day client administration for existing clients and advisers
Your skills:
- Well organised
- Self-reliant, good problem solver, results oriented
- Energetic, collaborative, and proactive
- Good communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including strong Excel knowledge
- At least 6-12 months experience in a similar administration based role (desirable)
- An understanding of ISA and SIPP regulations (desirable)
