Our client, an award-winning financial services firm, is looking for a Client Support Administrator to join their team. 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the client consultants to ensure the service agreed is fully embraced within the businesses that have signed with the firm
  • Collate and use reports from the firms secure site to establish training requirements of external and internal users and implement the required training programmes
  • Provide support to the Client Services Team by taking ownership of and resolving complex queries
  • Use reports to establish system development requirements and issues and liaise with internal stakeholders to address them
  • Maintain professionalism when engaging with internal staff and management

Your Skills:

  • Strong communicator with a can do approach 
  • Enthusiastic and resilient individual  
  • Strong planning and organisation skills
  • Able to effectively manage own workload and use own initiative
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
