Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with implementing client account plans and ensuring effective team collaboration
  • Monitor progress and map key client interactions
  • Conduct research and identify growth opportunities across key accounts
  • Provide regular KPI reporting
  • Collaborate with teams to prepare impactful presentations
  • Support client service initiatives and the firm’s client feedback programme
  • Coordinate the planning and delivery of high-quality client events
  • Lead logistics and ensure a smooth experience
  • Manage post-event analysis 

About you:

  • Experience in client-facing or business development roles within a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative team player with strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • A confident communicator, capable of producing clear, concise content for busy stakeholders
  • Experience in organising events and managing logistics 
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, comfortable reporting on KPIs
