About the Role

As a Business Development & Marketing Assistant, you will assist our Office Manager in both general administration and developing and marketing the Flair brand out to clients and prospective clients.

Duties will include:

  • Assist with and take responsibility for Business Development projects
  • Be the first point of contact for calls and enquiries into the business
  • Undertake market research to source leads
  • Reformat CVs and prepare them to send out to clients
  • Maintain and update the CRM with relevant contacts
  • Send out interview confirmation emails
  • Create compelling emails, undertake marketing campaigns and email follow ups
  • Update and maintain internal sales spreadsheets
  • Add vacancies to CRM, write adverts and post online
