About the role:
- Scan, file, and manage documents, coordinating with Reprographics as needed
- Prepare and finalise sales packs, court bundles, and exhibits in collaboration with EAs and secretaries
- Assist Legal and Support Departments with projects and general office tasks
- Manage tasks via workflow tools, ensuring timely updates and effective communication
- Provide excellent service to internal clients, maintaining awareness of key contacts and departmental standards
- Identify and suggest improvements to streamline team processes
About you:
- Recent office administration experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services setting
- Proficient typing speed with high accuracy
- Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Adobe
- Familiarity with document management systems (training available if needed)
- Some experience with legal documents
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
