Your Responsibilities:
- Process and prioritise daily tasks to uphold service quality, meeting KPIs and SLAs
- Conduct initial and ongoing due diligence for client onboarding
- Act as the primary contact for customers, advisers, and external parties, ensuring seamless communication
- Continuously seek improvements to enhance the customer journey and team efficiency
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings and contribute to knowledge-sharing and training
- Ensure adherence to risk and regulatory frameworks, escalating incidents as required
Your Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional phone manner
- Ability to work well under pressure, both independently and within a team setting
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience in customer identity and wealth verification is advantageous
- Financial Services qualifications (e.g., IOC or CII) and knowledge of ISAs or SIPPs are beneficial
