Our client, a rapidly growing wealth management firm, are looking for a Financial Services Administrator to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Support the integration of newly acquired businesses into the organisation
- Maintain high data accuracy in the back-office CRM system
- Conduct data migration and cleansing
- Model asset migration to forecast client transitions
- Utilise internal and third-party product provider platforms to create migration packs
- Liaise with advisers and internal departments to ensure smooth integration
- Track client movements and monitor resignations throughout earn-out periods
- Provide regular monitoring dashboards to advisers
- Build relationships and contribute to process improvements
About you:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong prioritisation, organisation, and time management abilities
- Solid numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in the financial services sector and understanding of acquisitions (preferred)
