Since joining the team in 2018, James has been pivotal in developing the Legal Services recruitment sector within Flair. He’s best when he’s advising our Legal-100 clients on recruitment best practices, and providing solutions for difficult hires.

James is passionate about developing his team, and watching members flourish and grow. He believes in delivering the best talent to clients, and building a quality focused model. He has a particular focus on legal Risk & Compliance positions, and enjoys developing meaningful relationships in this space.
